We are reopening the famed Go Fish restaurant soon, and looking for a Chef De Cuisine to work hand in hand with the owner and Executive Chef overseeing the day to day options, leading by example as a strong line cook during service, and helping to bring about the newest version of our restaurant with speed, focus on consistency and high quality, and bringing a team forward mentality to the table.
Your path to success is hiring, training and building an award winning culinary team and carry out our executive chef and owners vision, with input on specials and daily creativity.
